Recently, our product and engineering team had the opportunity to attend the AWS Summit, an event that sheds light on the latest developments and advancements in cloud computing. As avid users of AWS for our platform, we were eager to discover what was new and on the horizon. If we had to summarise the summit in just two words, they would undoubtedly be "Artificial Intelligence" (AI).
The prevalence of AI was overwhelming, and it became clear that this transformative technology will profoundly impact the way we work, act, and think.

Throughout the summit, more than 95% of the talks were dedicated to AI and its potential to revolutionise industries. We were captivated by discussions on how AI will reshape workflows, automate processes, and unlock unparalleled possibilities.

The Summit included lots of practitioners sharing their explorations into AI applications across industries, including consulting services, software development, manufacturing, legal, and healthcare. We learned of AI applications to streamline document review processes, parsing documents, and how generative AI can enhance customer service operations, and understanding decision criteria for model selection and training data. The Summit was helpful to guide attendees on how to get started and learn from early explorers across industries.
